  • Rightway resources develop a custom work out strategy to address the Client's short term and longer term financing needs and review the personalized plan with the Client.
  • Once formal engagement is initiated, Rightway's Capital Restructure Group will aggressively work to engage the Client's lender(s) or lease holder and negotiate modified loan terms or financing approval.
